Job Details:

An entry-level front desk receptionist is needed at Silver Creek Valley Country Club in the Evergreen neighborhood of San Jose, starting immediately! Monday through Sunday two to three shifts every week. Hours Vary: four to six hours every shift, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Applicants need to be accessible on weekends and have the ability to work independently. There is no seasonality to this position. The ideal applicant is searching for a long-term career opportunity.

Managing a multi-line phone system, welcoming and assisting members, delivering first-rate member hospitality, basic facility maintenance, and various administrative duties are just a few of the responsibilities that need to be completed. Making coffee, introducing oneself and checking people in, providing water and towels, lighting and extinguishing fire pits, and opening and shutting umbrellas are all examples of member hospitality tasks. The upkeep of a tidy and orderly fitness center, tennis court, and pavilion lobby are examples of basic facility services. Answering phones, scheduling massage appointments, renting out tennis courts, handing out day lockers, and selling food and drinks are examples of administrative tasks. An associate who works as a desk attendant at Silver Creek Valley Country Club needs to be gregarious, enjoy being around people, and have a nice disposition.
